Problem: My ncogroup.com username and/or password has expired.
Solution: Go to https://ragridcard.ncogroup.com. Log in with your domain credentials and follow the directions on the screen for changing your password. If you are still having an issue please contact the NCO Help Desk.

Problem: I don't have a grid card with me.
Solution: Go to https://ragridcard.ncogroup.com. Log in with your domain credentials and follow the directions on the screen for setting up a one-time password or you can re-download your grid card.

Problem: I forgot my pin.
Solution: Go to https://ragridcard.ncogroup.com. Log in with your domain credentials and follow the directions on the screen. 

Problem: I get the message "You are not allowed to log in. Please contact your administrator."
Solution: Have you logged into the correct URL? Certain people need to go to a slightly different URL based on your job. Examples include (but not limited to: ra.ncogroup.com/osi or ra.ncogroup.com/tdm). If you are sure you are going to the correct URL but still get this message please contact the NCO Help Desk.

Problem: I get the message "Your system does not meet the minimum security requirements, access denied." (There are other similar messages as well.)
Solution: Ensure your PC meets the requirements above listed under "Login Requirements for Remote Access." If you are still having an issue please contact the NCO Help Desk.

Problem: I get the message "Invalid username or password. Please re-enter your user information."
Solution: It is possible that you've typed your username or password incorrectly or your PIN or Grid Card has expired. Attempt to login once more and if you get the same message go to https://ragridcard.ncogroup.com
